This past fall/winter 2021/2022, I felt like I finally acquired the gear to properly go “dispersed camping.”
For those of you unfamiliar, dispersed camping is camping with no campground, no facilities.
Dispersed camping is allowed in much of Anza Borrego but now that summer is here, I’m looking forward to doing more dispersed camping in the local mountains… Maybe even finally try out some bikepacking…
